No analytics. No cookies. No tracking. The site is a content site, not a funnel.
What this site does and doesn't do
Zpoken.io is a static content site. The site does not run analytics (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Mixpanel, no Segment), does not set cookies, and does not include third-party trackers. The site does not log IP addresses, user agents, or referrer headers beyond the standard access logs kept on infrastructure we operate for a limited period. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own domain — no third-party requests.
If you submit the contact form at /contact, the data you submit (name, email, project, situation, funding stage, chain, engagement shape, referral) is submitted to our intake endpoint. Until that endpoint is live, submissions fail and nothing is stored — the form will ask you to email support@zpoken.io directly, and anything you email is used only to respond to the engagement inquiry. We do not share this data with anyone else. We do not subscribe you to any list. If you want your contact form submission deleted, email support@zpoken.io and we'll delete it. Submissions are kept until the inquiry is closed or deletion is requested; there is no longer-term retention.
If you submit a spec to the /x402 intake endpoint (when it is live), the data is stored alongside the payment proof and the triage response. Same retention and deletion policy as the contact form. The fact that the intake is payment-gated does not change the data handling.
Hosting and infrastructure
This site is operated by Zpoken OÜ, registered in Estonia. It is served as static files from infrastructure we operate. nginx access logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) are kept for a limited period for security and capacity planning, and are not shared.
External outbound links on the site go to third-party domains (GitHub, project websites, press articles). Clicking an outbound link sends you to that third-party site, where their privacy policy applies. We do not pre-load or pre-fetch those domains.
