— CAPABILITIES

What we bring when
we step in.

Four practices. Not a service menu — the engineering depth we own. Most engagements draw on two or three of these at once.

Crypto engineering shops differentiate on volume of services listed. We differentiate on the four practices we hire and retain for, and the depth we ship in each. If a problem doesn't fit one of these four, we say so on the intro call and route the project elsewhere. The list below is the list. There isn't a hidden second page.

C01 / L1 · L2

L1/L2 development & infrastructure.

When the chain has to ship to mainnet with custom consensus, native protocol-level features, or institutional-grade indexing. Two L1s shipped — Incentiv's Contribution-Scored PoW from genesis, one under NDA. Indexer infrastructure for Canton Network. Mawari's L3 chain, Guardian node stack, and staking portal (mainnet live). Embedded chain engineering at Alien Network.

C02 / CRYPTOGRAPHY · ZK

Applied cryptography & ZK.

When the protocol needs ZK circuits, light clients, or privacy primitives the in-house team can't ship alone. Wormhole Foundation contributor — NEAR↔Ethereum ZK light client; built the Solana implementation of MultiGov (multichain governance). Cryptography work for zkSync. Open-source contributions to Penumbra (initial Web Wallet + gRPC). Privacy and identity work with Privado, Panther, and Hinkal. Five peer-reviewed papers across MDPI Cryptography, IEEE Access, Elsevier, and Springer.

C03 / DEAI

Decentralized AI.

When the network needs Proof-of-Compute consensus, inference verification, or DeAI agent infrastructure. Y.AI, built end to end. Contributor to Gonka's $50M Bitfury-backed compute network — Sprint mechanism, MMR off-chain artifact storage, vLLM-integrated PoC, bridge security.

C04 / DEFI · STABLECOINS

DeFi & stablecoins.

When the protocol needs the whole mechanism — not just contracts, but the math, the cross-chain plumbing, and the issuance design. Stablecoin engineering for institutional issuers (M0). Multi-chain RWA-backed stablecoins (Evidentia — bond-backed eUAH/eTRY/eVND across 3 chains). Cross-chain yield (Sommelier). Lending portfolio across six chains.

Engagements typically draw on 2–3 of the four practices at once. Incentiv is L1 development plus cryptography for the scoring layer. M0 is DeFi mechanism plus cross-chain plumbing. Gonka is DeAI consensus plus applied cryptography for the verification primitive. The pillars are a vocabulary for the practice, not a partition.

— ENGAGEMENT

Talk to a founder.

Bring the problem — we'll tell you which of the four practices it draws on, and say so if it doesn't fit.

The first step is a 30-minute call with a founder. Shapes, discovery, and terms → /engagement
