— ABOUT

Zpoken.

Senior crypto-engineering takeover team. Founded 2017. Distributed across UK, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, Ukraine, and Italy. Founder-led, bench-deep, takeover-shaped.

— FIRM

What Zpoken is.

Zpoken is a senior crypto-engineering team founded in 2017 by Mike Yezhov and Anton Yezhov. The firm is distributed across six European countries — UK, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, Ukraine, and Italy. The bench is 30 senior engineers across four practices: L1/L2 development, applied cryptography and ZK, decentralized AI, and DeFi/stablecoins.

The work shape is takeover. Crypto projects with real funding and real deadlines arrive when their in-house team has shipped what it can ship and the remaining work needs senior depth the team doesn't have on the bench — consensus design, ZK light clients, RWA stablecoin mechanism, DeAI verification primitives. Zpoken steps in and ships that part of the engineering, embedded with the in-house team rather than parallel to it.

The firm has shipped three chains to mainnet — two L1s (Incentiv plus one under NDA) and the Mawari Network L3 — is a Wormhole Foundation contributor (NEAR↔Ethereum ZK light client; built MultiGov's Solana implementation), contributes to Gonka AI's Proof-of-Compute consensus on a Bitfury-backed network, and runs its own internal multi-chain stablecoin protocol (Evidentia.fi — bond-backed local-currency stablecoins across 3 chains).

— HIRING

How we hire.

Zpoken hires through network, not job boards. Most of our engineers came in through prior collaborators or open-source contributions to projects we already work with. We don't run a careers page. There is no "send us your CV" form.

If you've shipped consensus, ZK, or DeFi mechanism work to mainnet and you'd like to talk about the bench, the email below is real. We respond to engineers who've shipped.

— LEADERSHIP

Founders + research.

The firm is run by Mike Yezhov (founder & CEO, Lisbon) and Anton Yezhov (co-founder & CTO, London). Mike founded Zpoken in 2017 and has run it as CEO since; Anton co-founded with him and runs the applied-cryptography and distributed-systems side of the practice. Anton co-authors peer-reviewed cryptography research that informs the cryptography practice's design choices.

— DISTRIBUTION

Where we work.

The firm is distributed across UK, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, Ukraine, and Italy. We don't operate from a single office. Engineers work where they live; founders coordinate across time zones. Engagements run on the client's working hours, with the bench staffed across time zones to support clients in EU, UK, and US working windows.
